SHIPPING

Doce Vida Boutique ships in the USA only at this time.

Processing Time:

Processing an order takes 2-7 business days. Once your order is processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking details for your order.

Shipping Time:

Kids Items:

Standard shipping is 10 - 45 business days, depending on the product. Delivery times may vary depending on the country and the courier service used.

Adult T-Shirts:

Standard shipping for adult t-shirts is 3-5 business days and ships via USPS. 

Shipping Charges:

Where costs for shipping apply, these are calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

RETURNS

We are a customer-friendly online store that seeks to deliver quality service. If you are unhappy with any of your purchases, our returns policy is outlined below.

Returns are accepted within 15 days after delivery of the product. We accept returns if the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused and in the same original condition
  • The item is returned in its original packaging

 

Refunds will be issued under the following conditions subject to verification:

  • You did not receive your order and after 45 days the order still has not been delivered to you
  • The item is significantly different than the item described or shown on our website
  • The item was significantly damaged during transit

There are certain situations under which only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

Please note that you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange under the following circumstances:

  • Item is not in its original condition and the damage was for reasons not due to errors on the part of Doce Vida Boutique
  • A customer has entered the wrong shipping details when making the order and the order has already been shipped out.

Returning your purchase:

All returns are subject to verification of the original sale. To process your refunds, we need proof of purchase or the receipt and the item must be returned with the receipt/packing slip and price tags attached.

 

Items are to be returned to Doce Vida Boutique. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. You will also be responsible for the shipping fees to return the items to Doce Vida Boutique.

 

Undeliverable Packages

We may on occasions have packages returned to us because it was undeliverable. This generally happens for one of the following reasons:

  • An incorrect shipping address was entered at checkout
  • The courier failed in their attempt to deliver the package or the package was not picked up from a local depot within the time specified
  • The package was refused by the recipient

 

Doce Vida Boutique is not responsible for packages returned as undeliverable.

 

We will also not issue a credit or refund for the items in these packages.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received, it will be inspected. We will also send you an emailed notification indicating that we are in receipt of your returned item. We will notify you whether your item is eligible for a refund based on the conditions outlined above.

 

If a refund is approved, then we will proceed to process your refund. The refund will be made via the original method of payment, for example, automatically applied to your credit card if that was the method used. This refund process may take a few days and you will receive a notification once it is completed. We are not responsible for any transactions costs or currency differences when the refund is processed.

 

Please note, whether you are approved for a full or partial refund, we cannot refund the original or return shipping fees. We can refund only the cost of the item you purchased.

 

Sale items (if applicable)

Items bought on sale are not eligible for a refund. Only items at regular price qualify for a refund. All sales items are final.

 

Seasonal Items (if applicable)

All sales of seasonal items are final.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at tiarerush@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have been notified that you were eligible for a refund and that your refund has been processed, but you haven’t received the refund yet, there are certain steps that we ask you to take before contacting Doce Vida Boutique.

 

Please note that some transactions take a while to be posted to your account. So, if you do not see the transaction immediately after our notification, don’t panic. It just means that the process hasn’t been completed yet as it may take some time for your refund to be officially processed and posted to your account.

 

So, we ask that you do the following:

  • Bank payment: Check your bank account. If it is not posted, contact your bank to query whether a refund is on your account to be processed.
  • Credit card payment: Contact your credit card company and ask whether they see any pending transactions on the account.
